MP is backing action in Libya
March 21, 2011

EXETER MP Ben Bradshaw has said the cost of doing nothing in Libya would have been "catastrophic".

He has backed Prime Minister David Cameron's decision to involve British forces in military action in Libya.

RAF Tornado jets joined the operation to enforce a no-fly zone over Libya and Mr Bradshaw said: "The world could not stand idly by and watch while Gaddafi used his superior weaponry to slaughter his own people and crush the popular uprising of the Libyan people."
